Ideal protein and carbs for wight loss?
On a 1900 diet how much carbs, protein, sugar, and fat would you recommend?
My goal is to shed off 15 pounds by the end of October. However, I also want to build a bit of muscle during this time frame.
I also am almost 17 and work out 4-5 times a week.

There is a bit of a debate on this but I think a safe middle ground is 60% carbs, 20% protein, and 20% fat. Most people have trouble getting their fat intake that low. But it is still a good goal.
Hard-working athletes can let their fat intake go up to as much as 30%. and they might also want to let their protein intake go up to about 30% too.
And it's hard to go for precise numbers every day. So let's just say your goal could be 40 - 60 % carbs, 20 - 30 % fat and 20 - 30 % protein.
