Are college protesters an embarrassment or are they "stunning and brave"?

    Such protesters invariably are the dumbest of the dumb. They can't even articulate why they're upset.

    Anyone who uses their first amendment rights to protest something important to them is brave.

    Colin Kaepernick is brave and a national hero.

    Depends on their cause. In the case of Vietnam, they were right, and no one else off campus seemed to care. If I were drafted into a crazy war, I would hope people would be protesting back home.

    Our intelligent youth protest against corrupt leadership. They may be idealistic, but they are correct most of the time.

    They are the next generation of hobos.

  • They are neither. They are an embarrassment because they are supposedly intelligent; yet they are easily lead to believe lies. They would be brave if they stood up to their beliefs and didn't cover their faces.

    I'd say it would depend on the particular protester in question and what and how they are protesting. The concept of someone in college protesting isn't inherently good or bad.
