Count yourself lucky.  My whole life has been an uphill struggle.

With this economy it should be going uphill.

We know the Earth isn't round or there would be a never ending tidal wave as water tends to flow downhill and build momentum. Also keep in mind the quantum wave manipulator machine skewing our perception as to what shapes are. We don't know where the government is hiding it yet, but investigators are working on it.

Because of "Planar" warming, some glaciers are melting. This changes the weight on one side of the Earth and it tilts. For some strange reason, your life is moving away from the glaciers (therefore, to the low, sinking side). Just stop the warming and your life will be on the level again.

Just turn around and start going north instead of south.

Besides the obvious that the earth is not flat.

Who says that it can’t be tilted. A seesaw is made up if a board but it can be moved up or down.

OTOH, if the earth is a globe, and you're constantly going downhill, you must have started at the top. And technically, you're STILL at the top.
