Of course it is not illegal. You don't seem to understand what you are asking. The deep web is just that part of the World Wide Web whose contents are not indexed by standard web search-engines. The opposite term to the deep web is the "surface web", which is accessible to anyone/everyone using the Internet. The deep web is not the same as the dark web. The dark web is a small part of the deep web but requires custom software. Dark web sites are accessible only through networks such as Tor ("The Onion Routing" project) and I2P ("Invisible Internet Project"). The vast majority of websites on the deep web  contain no illegal or questionable data, However the same cannot be said for the dark web.

If they are advertising on the deep web, they are NOT a reputable attorney.

Why would you hire a lawyer who advertises on the dark web?   Think about that, Scrappy.

If it's for a deep web case in a deep web court concerning deep web law a deep web lawyer's the only way to go. You are so smart.

no. but why would you? if a (Dark Web) lawyer has to hide his identity it's probably because he's unlicensed. it's almost certainly a scam.

but Deep/Dark Web Markets are not illegal in their own right under US Law as far as i know. it's what you buy that is illegal.
