Are these examples of defaming someone?

•"Eric wets the bed at night."

•"Noah tortures animals."

•"Leah stares at me."

•"Sean lied to me."

•"Jade cheats."

•"Barry got reprimanded for entering the restricted area."

•"Gail got fined for hunting without a license."

•"Malcolm committed tax fraud."

Telling others any of the above has caused harm, even if the subject improved their behavior.

Update 2:

How could these not damage one's reputation?

Not if they’re true statements But it’s still childish nonetheless.

No, because you don't say any of them are false statements of material facts which caused harm. Ya gotta put the definition of defamation together in your brain with whatcha got. Sorry about the thinking.
