Revelation or Discernment?? Is there difference?

Revelation informs. Discernment eventually correlates and at least, partially understands.Source(s): www.askmeaboutgod.org

Revelation is a deeper and more clear understanding of something, typically scripture which is why we are to read daily.
Discernment biblically speaking is discernment of spirits. It is one of the nine workings ("gifts") of the Holy Spirit to a believer that has received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Consider this:
Act 16:16-18 As we were going to the place of prayer, we were met by a slave girl who had a spirit of divination and brought her owners much gain by fortune-telling. She followed Paul and us, crying out, “These men are servants of the Most High God, who proclaim to you the way of salvation.” And this she kept doing for many days. Paul, having become greatly annoyed, turned and said to the spirit, “I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her.” And it came out that very hour.
This girl had a spirit similar to the spirits Yeshua cast out - they would scream out "We know who you are Son of God." When the Holy Spirit revealed this to Paul through the discerning of Spirits he then became greatly annoyed and cast it out of her.

No, they are both somewhat related. Judgement, the act of disclosing.

Yes, big difference. Revelation means facts revealed to us by God, that we could never be aware of any other way. Discernment means using our common sense as well as our knowledge of God's holy will, in making decisions.
