Who gets the Oscar for best picture?

Who all gets the Oscar for best picture? I know the Producers get the credit and golden man but what about the Director, the writer, the actors. Who all gets the actual trophy?

The producers do because they're at the top of the movie creating pyramid. It's their movie because they funded it or got the funding and took the biggest risk. The director still gets paid even if it's a flop.

Don't they all get their own trophies when their moves win for best picture, or at least  when they are presented on stage, or that being as far as the producer, the and the director. And maybe even the writers as well, as first of all you know the script can't write itself, somebody has to write it. Actors in the movie aren't mentioned for best picture. Actors and actress have their own acting catrogies at the Oscars, which are Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Actress, and Best Supporting actress. Actors in less they also wrote the scrip or helps write the script don't get credit for the script, now a good example of actors writing the script of the movie, is Matt Damon and Ben Affleck were the writers of Good Will Hunting as well as they both acted in the movie.
