cold sound be made to move at the speed of light?

break down what sound is
sound is the motion of particles in a substance ..
to have sound move at speed of sound the particles must be moving fast..
since no particle can move speed of light ..
it follows that sound cant move at speed of light

No is the short answer.

Very broadly speaking, yes. Very broadly.
As "sound" is a compression wave in a medium, and "light" is an electromagnetic wave in or outside a medium, all you need is to find a medium in which the speed of light is the same as the speed of sound. Which you usually would not achieve through speeding up the sound, but through slowing down the light. And that is a reasonably active research area: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slow_light

Indirectly, yes. For example, radio broadcasts pass information, like sound, at the speed of light.

No, it is never possible to make sound move with the speed of light. For that matter, not only sound, no material object in nature can be made to move with the speed of light.

"cold sound be made to move at the speed of light?"
If it could, then it would be light. The differentiation between sound and light IS the speed.
... OK, there's that photon thing, but as a general principle the speed is everything,
