Can nerves be damaged from squeezing?

Question

My drunk cousin squeezed my biceps as hard as he could one time. I was much younger than him and the pain was excruciating. I kept telling him to stop but he didn’t. Did it for around 10-15 seconds before stopping. I didnt feel any after-pain and I think that might be because he compressed my nerves and turned them numb. Am I over-thinking this or is this likely what happened?

Its called neuropraxia but it takes more than a short squeeze to do much to compress them, and it returns even with significant compression. Long term bike riders get this in their hands and legs sometimes. It returns.

if you are still having issues go to doctor. they only ones can tell if damaged

Only a doctor can tell you that, but nerves can be compressed and damaged.
