Apparently earth will be flowing through cosmic debris this year at the end of 2020? Are we in danger in any way?

Just another piece of nonsense issued by someone with absolutely no understanding or knowledge of astronomy.  We have roughly 100 tons of cosmic junk hit Earth's atmosphere daily, and 99% simply burns up in the atmosphere.  Nothing special expected later this year.

Earth passes through cosmic debris (a.k.a. meteor streams) several times a year.

We might be in danger of a pretty display of meteors. We can only hope.

    "apparently" you are misinformed.

Eh... maybe a small rise in the chance of getting hit, but... not much.  We're more of a danger to ourselves than space debris.
