T/F: Trump's lawyers are alleging fraud but they're only presenting evidence of irregularities. There's no conscious intent to commit fraud?
Trump's lawyers have found mistakes and irregularities, but so far no evidence of actual fraud (i.e. an intent to deceive).
Is that why Trump's lawsuits keep getting dismissed?

There is evidence of actual fraud: there were at least two fraudulent votes for Trump. However, strictly speaking, there may not have been intent to deceive, because those Trump supporters may have been trying to prove that it was possible to vote fraudulently, and intended all along to admit that they had done so.

True, for example, it is not voter fraud to receive multiple vote by mail ballots. It is fraud to try and use more than one,

My favorite whacko nutjob theory is that Hugo Chavez has risen from the dead and has corrupted the US voting system.

As AG Barr said, "To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election" .
It is a costly wild goose chase, wasting time and money.
