A familiar identity is tan^2(theta) + 1 = sec^2(theta),
so in your problem, 576/100 + 100/100 = 676/100 = (26/10)^2 and
sec(theta) = 26/10 or 13/5. Then cos(theta) = 10/26 or 5/13, and
sin(theta) = sqrt[1 - cos^2(theta) ] = 12/13.
