Some states have had mail in balloting for decades, and the military has been using it for even longer.  There is no evidence of fraud.  As for ballot harvesting, the most recent case was committed by republicans in GA in the 2018 mid-term. 

Saying a thing leads to fraud isn't the same as that thing actually leading to fraud.  I can't understand why conservatives have such difficulty with this simple concept.

Republicans usually rely on mail in voting and vote harvesting more than the Democrats.  Stopping it will backfire on the GOP.

When mail in voting becomes the norm throughout the US and voter suppression and gerrymandering stop Republicans will cease to exist.
